Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We send by international express, which can be delivered directly to you.
- Each order will usually be delivered to you within 5-10 working days after shipment. If you do not receive the express package on time, please send an email to us: postadmin@vivihandmade.com.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout.
International Shipping
- Currently, the countries that support transportation are only the United States,other countries will be opened in due course.
- At this time, we do not support shipping to remote areas and island countries at this time.
- When your order total exceeds $60, you will get free shipping!
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ViviHandmade World is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return,the return shipping cost will be paid by you.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at postadmin@vivihandmade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as products that have been damaged by humans, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gifts. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Refunds
- We can provide you with a full refund if your product has not yet been dispatched,but once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer provide refunds or cancellations.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
